"Very nice hotel. Good location for proximity to local restaurant cafes for breakfast. Convenient to train station. Small fitness center. Nice to have on-site laundry and convenience store. Breakfast buffett is outstanding but so much food. Enjoyed ending the evening with a drink in the Carousel bar."

"The hotel was nice and it’s only walking distance to the train station which is a plus, but the room size is way too small for an average size, between me and my husband it was very hard not to bump to each other. It was very hard cause there were no cabinets to store our belongings. However, it’s very clean and neat. and they kept giving us towels twice a day. :) "

"Location is excellent. Hotel has free coffee that you can take whenever you want. Our room is a bit smaller than what I would have expected but its clean and equipped with everything you need. We will definitely book again this hotel in our next trip to Japan. "

"Room was pretty clean, some of the staff spoke English, air conditioning worked perfect, great location near subway station and night life yet quiet at night. Hair dryer was getting hot during use and would barely blow air, noticed it was extremely clogged so I had to clean it with a toothbrush so air would flow out, only after that it worked perfectly. Area was awesome highly recommend. Lots of food and markets. Wish they had a scale to weigh bags like the other APA hotel in Osaka. "

"About a 15min walk from Ueno, the hotel was in a quiet neighbourhood, and walkable to a lot. Very close to Nezu station which made getting around easy. Happy hour, and the cafe were nice for getting something to eat or drink. Rooms were nice, clean and bright with a typical Tokyo hotel bathroom"

"While the staff tried to be helpful and the location is very convenient, this experience was disappointing. Of all the times I have stayed there, I found it extremely loud with doors slammed all through the night and loud talking. "

"It’s right by the nippori station so that in itself is a big plus. The rooms are on the smaller end but very much doable for a party of two in one bed, and especially for a solo traveler. Laundry is on the second floor and very easy to use. Also, never had the breakfast buffet but it is a traditional Japanese breakfast and not an American one, which is great for those looking for that. Nippori itself is a lively city, with a quiet and calmer neighborhood to the right of the hotel, and plenty of restaurants, cafe’s, and activities to the left. I personally enjoyed the quick and easy access to the area, and the quick walk to Familymart and the station. Staff was as friendly as can be, and I recommend this place for those on a budget! It’s a few stops from Ueno and akihabara and Tokyo station on the JR line, which means a great ability to move anywhere Definitely recommend"
