"Great host and communication. The house is cozy and it had everything we needed. The air conditioning was great in the Japanese heatwave. In just under 10 minutes, you can walk to some of the nicest streets in Kyoto with temples and cafes. However, everything around there closes quite early and becomes really quiet - so be aware if it’s not your vibe. Not a big deal for me, though. Top Shigaraki Hotel Reviews

Onyado Nono Kyotoshichijo Natural Hot Springs

10/10 Excellent

"Unique taken for hotel. From the PJs to the little things like free ice cream, ramen and onsen. Just great value. I did not try the breakfast"

Rihga Gran Kyoto

8/10 Good

"We travel as a small group. The rooms were clean but a bit of moldy smell. However the dehumidifier was in the room so it was helpful. Great breakfast and coffee is available all day and night. The hotel was a bit far from main attractions. The staff was very nice and helpful and big plus laundry room in the building and across the street"
