"Breakfast was good - Rooms were clean. The stay was. quiet. Unfortunately there was a communication error from the booking, and even though we booked our room with a special request for a pet room, that request was overlooked or not seen and we were placed in a non pet room. Long story short - instead of being understanding or accommodating, the hotel charged us an astronomical cleaning fee - even though we left the room spotless. Moral of the story - Make sure if you have a pet, call the hotel directly to book or mention it several times at check in. "
