"Positives: good breakfast and helpful front desk staff. Good sized fridge in room. Negatives: There were no functioning ice machines on any of the guest floors- had to go to front desk for it. There was some kind of tissues or paper shoved into plastic cover plates on the ceiling in the room. No microwave in room. Coffee station in room wasn’t stocked. Washroom sink backed up in short time while washing hands or brushing teeth. No USB or phone ports on power outlets/lamps in room."

"Very bad neighborhood. Lots of homeless, drug addicts, etc. Area was run down and dirty. Heard a loud gunshot in the middle of the night. Could also hear arguing all hours of the day. Rooms were sort of clean. Finer details like the air conditioner radiator was filled with brown sludgy dust, lots of crumbs and stains of corners and floors. General items like tables, toilet and sheets were fairly clean. Hotel lobby was kept moderately clean. Place overall needs a detailed deep clean. Front desk...

"The room that I stayed in was not good. The sheets had stains, the mattress was in really bad shape, to the point where my neck and back started hurting after two days. The staff is good. They were happy to change my room because of the bed issue."

"I stayed in room 102. I’ve never seen a rug so dirty in my life the bedding was clean, but the whole place needs a work over the shower system the toilet system. The flooring needs totally redone. It’s a dive and if that rug could talk. It’s got 40 years of talking. It’s time to change the flooring."

"Definitely a great hotel to stay at. There was some confusion on our check-in about the breakfast being included in our stay, but we were able to iron that out. Otherwise, all the staff was so friendly and welcoming. We stayed in a room that had been newly renovated, was very nice but the only item that seemed missed was the light fixtures in the bathroom."
