酒店位置理想及環境都好，就係登記入住個體驗非常唔好，來到同我講係定左雙床房，我唔留意以為係去到房裡面打開網站望一望發覺我係定左特大雙床房，打去前台問話錯左，既然答我係一樣的，同係個系統錯左話係Hotels.com系統出問題，話入要換特大雙床就要加錢，一聽到我著著滴，強烈要求要跟返系統個款房卑我，唔轉我就投訴，跟住先死死敵氣搵左一個應該係實習生同我地溝通，可能驚我地鬧佢，經過一輪交涉最後都係有換到系統定的房卑我地，但係非常影響心情🙈
