酒店服务超差。
辨理入住手續時，由於那前台服务员不懂英文，看不懂hotels.com的訂房单，以致影响我等了2个多小時才能成功入住。等待之間我致电hotels.com两次救求也没用，非常失望。

Horrible hotel.
Rooms were not reserved and hotel staff were rude and unhelpful. The hotel also used pictures that did not portray the actual condition of hotel. Had to find another hotel last minute.
