"The property outside, lobby, and breakfast area were very clean. The breakfast choices were very satisfying. The staff were exceptional -- professional and friendly. However, the elevator mat looked like it was never vacuumed our entire stay (Thursday - Monday). Additionally, the carpet in our room # 210 was not vacuumed very well. "Bugs in the room!!! By the bed!! Refuse to clean it or give us another room or a refund. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau and to Hyatt Corporate as well as Expedia who also refused to refund us despite having to leave the hotel and get another one . Worst experience to date and I travel in weekly basics "

"Be careful when selecting a room. Check for pests as there are known severe roach infestations throughout the hotel. Some rooms are worse than others and you'll need to buy roach spray. I've had the refrigerators replaced in several units and the air conditioner on the last stay. Ther was a fire in which occupants not present weren't notified. We returned to the room with a soaked carpet and bathroom, and no hot water. We were not offered another room."
