"Everything was great with the exception of checkout. I requested an extra hour because I have chrons and mornings are difficult with me being in the bathroom a lot. Normally this is not an issue. This company wanted to charge me twenty-five an hour. I found this to be a little ridiculous. Other than that stay was great, communication was great!"

"The studio condo we stayed in was basically a king room with a kitchen sink. The facility was safe and secure- but we weren't given an entry code to one of the doors. Luckily, customer service hotline was able to help, but it was exasperating. I was devastated on arrival to realize that there WAS NO PRIVATE BALCONY for this room as advertised, and sitting on the balcony and feeling sea breezes was what I was looking forward to the most. One hot tub was cold but had bubbles; the other was hot but no bubbles. All needed cleaning.
