"We always stay in Hampton Inns to get consistent mid-grade quality. But here? The carpeting in the room was so dirty, our feet were black & we had to wipe them on a towel before getting in bed. "We booked for three nights but checked out early because of the condition of the room. There were smears on the bathroom walls that looked like blood or feces. I can’t say for certain what they were, but it was disgusting and made us uncomfortable staying there. A clean room and bathroom are basic expectations, and this hotel fell far short. We requested a refund for the unused nights. Based on our experience, I would not stay here again."
