"Very nice stay, room clean and bed comfortable. Breakfast was lovely, full English, used the restaurant for evening meal which was very enjoyable. Wasn’t keen on the very small smart TV in the room but owners were lovely and so was Hannah. A wonderful waitress "

"The breakfast was lovely. There’s no air-conditioning so you’ll have to crack the window. There’s some stairs, so just be aware that you need to carry your luggage up some stairs. The staff are very helpful and friendly. "

"The communication was brilliant and personal. The safety of the overall building didnt feel secure but it was okay in the actual room. But the off putting part was the area in which it was situated and we felt vunerable."

"Have stayed here quite a few times but this one was not as good. Of the 3 lifts one was working and at breakfast things could have been better organised. There was a large queue to get in but many of the tables were unavailable due to needing clearing rather than having people on them. There were two coffee machine yet only one worked. Food at the Grill was OK but could have been a bit better. The room was clean and the bed comfy. The staff were good and the live music in Merlin’s bar...
