They say there is breakfast but they give you a voucher to go to the deli next door and then one of their workers had no idea how the voucher worked and tried to charge me to the point I was not going to do this everyday. I think the folks who run the place are sweet but wyndham clearly slapped...

"We stayed at Iowa House for 5 nights while attending an event at Iowa State University. Our room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The staff was excellent and acted quickly to resolve an issue we had with the a/c. The breakfasts were so-so with a few good meals and a few "not-so-good" meals. A suggestion: add some healthier options on the breakfast counter such as less sugary cereal, plain yogurt, granola, etc."

"This is a good hotel I've stayed at before. The location is great, the rooms are nice, and I ordinarily would give it all 5s. But there are some things hotel management needs to address. First, the lobby should be clean. But it is not being cleaned regularly if at all. The floor in the lobby seating area is not swept - there are crumbs and scraps of paper all over the floor. Food scraps and cup rings on the tables are not cleaned up day after day. Second, one thing I expect from a hotel in this...
