"The room had dead ants near the window and I found some alive crawling over both beds. Restroom toilet and sink were gross. Stained and had hair."

"Construction is being done, material could have been more organized. The floor where my room was smelled like mildew (very strong odor). I asked the front desk staff and was told one of the rooms flooded with the rain like that's normal. Last the room wasn't clean, had hair all over the bath tub wall. Room did not smell clean. Breakfast was horrible. Never staying at another Best Western."

"The room was clean but the tv did work and there was no shampoo or body wash that's what it's very noisy , really didn't get much sleep"

"The hot tub was filled with concrete and completely out of service. The elevator worked only intermittently throughout our stay, creating a major inconvenience. Despite charging premium rates, the room was mediocre and did not justify the price. I expected much better for what i paid."

"Well for one thing it’s not on the lake like the picture. I thought we could fish the way it’s seen in the pictures. Staff were so kind. Room was clean bathroom very small. And we had an ant problem. But very quiet and sleep very well."

"The entire place is absolutely beautiful. We had a king bed room on the 1st floor view of parking lot. I truly was able to relax while I husband was out. Love all of the channel options. Bed was hard but that i do not mind. Bottom of shower needs some TLC, tile cracking, and shower has several settings so that is nice. It seems like things were missing in our room like two holes on the headboard at each end. Both front door and back door seems to have swelled up and you really have to pull and...

"From the moment I drove onto the property I had an uneasy feeling. I wasn’t even sure I was at the right place since the motel sign was some other motel chain. I entered the lobby to confirm I was at the right place. The lady behind the counter confirmed that I was at the right location and began to check me in. She was very accommodating in finding me a room on the bottom floor. Unfortunately, this is the only positive thing I can say about the entire experience.She was difficult to understand...

"Stayed a few days for kids ball tournament, nice clean and quiet."

"Hot and muggy room. A roach in the bathroom. we checked out at 8am after the first night and I’m assuming the lady never did it because I never got the receipt that she supposedly emailed she also said I would be refunded the two nights we didn’t stay."

"This place is in need of a lot of attention to deal with the deferred maintenance and bring it back up to an acceptable level. I wouldn’t stay here again. It should also be noted that there was no one on site and you were required to go to the convenience store next-door to check in and get your key."
