"I requested a top floor room in my initial reservation and was not accommodated. I feel like there was enough notice to be prepared. The property is a little older but everything was clean, and the staff was nice. Overall it was a good experience. "

"One set of plugs didn't work, the bathtub really needs to be replaced and the ceiling is peeling in several places and looks to be some mold. But for the price I guess it was what I paid for. Im thinking they are doing some rennovations cause it was very nosiy during the day up stairs."

"Surprisingly nice rooms, very clean and well furnished for a properly at this price point. Breakfast was minimalistic but fresh and adequate. Location is perfect in proximity to the interstate with Cracker Barrel and a Starbucks very close. Excellent value and overall I was pleased with my stay at this Ramada and will likely stay there again when I return to visit Oak Mountain Park which is 2 miles away."

"They didn’t have toiletries. No lotion, toothpaste, which I had unfortunately forgotten."

"The room was not ready at 3 but that was okay. However, the ADA bathroom rail was mounted behind the toilet. That is NO help for someone in a wheelchair. They are not exactly alone. The handicap rooms in so many places are ridiculous. Alos, someone needs to readdress what a handicapped parking space looks like. That is a national issue so not their fault. I would probably stay there again but would hope they had a different handicap room."

"This was the worst experience I’ve had at a hotel. We waited in the lobby for 2 hours for them to “clean a room” for us after they tried to turn us away saying they didn’t have a room for us, despite having booked and paid for it 2 weeks prior. Imagine my surprise when we finally get into the room and it is filthy. Half of the pillows had no cases, we had no shower curtain, one of the stove burners was almost totally pulled off, there were visible crumbs on the floor, hair and a dental cheek retractor on the bathroom counter, sticky residue on all of the counter/nightstand tops, trash, candy, and medication by the TV and change and trash in the nightstand drawer. Oh, and the hotel was completely out of clean towels. Do not recommend."
