"The home was not very clean when we arrived. The linens were stained on the beds, there were bugs, the toilet was unsafe and unstable, and there were no washcloths, hand towels, or body towels in the bathroom. I feel bad because I have never written a poor review before. If we had not arrived late at night in the rain, I would have left and asked for a full refund. I contacted the property management company about these issues and asked if we could get a partial refund. They did respond, but...

"We arrived to find the house was either in use or not cleared out. Beds were used, personal laundry in laundrey room, dirty dishes and garbage. We contacted the owners who after a long wait found us a secondaccomodation on Rose St. this home was clean inside, however there was trashall over the back deck and no functional heat. I puchased space heaters to get theough the first night and we left the next day to find other accomodations on our owh"

"This an older property, needs some love. One of the bedrooms did not have a door handle. No wash clothes provided. Was originally given the wrong code for entry."
