"Service was absolutely poor. Room key card did not work and was having to wait 20 minutes at reception for a member of staff to assist me.
Fresh bedding and towels was not changed on a daily basis and parking is beyond poor with how many limited spaces there are.
The room itself was really small and the bedding felt cheap. Almost like a travelodge experience.
Would not recommend. Was terribly let down considering it was our wedding weekend"
"I do not recommend this hotel. It is understaffed and unprepared for busy periods. Breakfast is poorly stocked with frequent waiting, towels “run out” during the day (??). One morning both Nespresso machines were “not working” and the only coffee was instant for breakfast. The gym and pool/sauna/steam room are good, but aside from this then it needs a lot of work."
"Room was fine. Disabled toilet was very unclean and brought to attention of staff. Also we felt it was a bit mean that we couldn't check in 50 mins before 3 but we were able to leave luggage "
"Good for value. The room had a faulty toilet flush however, everything else met my expectations if not exceeding them. The receptionist were very helpful one in particular wearing a black hat working a night shift Saturday night - sunday morning."
"Bathroom smelled badly of sewage. Next room they moved me to had a broken safe. Safe couldn't be fixed as there were only 2 staff on duty covering breakfast, reception, and everything else. This place is seriously lacking funding to run effectively. "
