"We had a lovely overnight stay on a Sunday evening. The staff were nice and we were given a free upgrade to a Privilege room which was very big and quiet. "This is a good business hotel, access, parking, public spaces are all convenient and well laid out. For working people, I would say this is a very good option. The room we had was on the smaller side as was the bathroom, the bed was good, perhaps a little firm for my taste. "Welcome from the guy on the desk wasn’t very friendly. We were a little early arriving and before we tried to explain we wanted to leave our luggage and return, he just said “three o’clock”. Eventually he heard what we wanted to say but he really wasn’t friendly at all. After check in which was fine, the stay was very nice with a good breakfast, albeit the dining area was a bit a small. Nice and clean and in a good area for the city centre. "
