"We really enjoyed our stay at Nasama, the staff were always very helpful and had the best advice. Being able to book different tours and transport from reception was brilliant. Saved us from making a few first timer mistakes. The pool was very nice, plenty of loungers and the outdoor furniture was comfy. We really enjoyed the mini reef at the front, even though the weather wasn't the best we could still have a swim about.
The hot water was a bit of an issue, especially in the evenings. Perhaps because the solar heating wasn't very effective during the cloudy days, but it was always hot in the mornings.
Our roof developed a leak, which is a bit of a concern because we were on the ground floor.
There are very frequent local buses going past so it was very easy to head into town, and with the reception booking other transport, getting around was no problem.
The on-site restaurants are a very mixed bag, one was excellent and the other was far from it food-wise. There is also a small convenience store across the road which had all the essentials.
For a first timer to Vanuatu, Nasama is an easy recommendation because of the helpful staff and for others, the location and amenities make it worth staying."
