"It was welcoming upon arrival, staff were Friendly, processional and accommodating. Even asked if I needed help with my luggage taken to the room! Room was great. Modern, clean and comfy. Went down to restaurant and again all staff were pleasant and nothing was an issue. Food was amazing and not overly priced. I went for the soup and smash burger. "Fabulous hotel. Easy parking. Clean, spacious modern rooms. Ensuite bath and walk in shower, beautifully tiled and fitted out to high standard. Quiet. Staff very friendly. Breakfast good choice. Spa is great and included in stay. Great value. We will definitely stay again."

"best hotel i’ve ever been to, check in was quick and easy and the staff, who were lovely, let us check in early. the room was spacious clean and the best was so comfortable. the bar is nice and has chill vibes. then check out was quick too and very convenient to have a starbucks inside of the hotel to go and chill before leaving the hotel. didn’t get a chance to try the gym facilities but i would like to try when i inevitably return! "

"Staff were very friendly and helpful, hotel was lovely and clean. We had dinner and breakfast, both of which were lovely. Plenty options on main menu and children’s. Beds were comfy, lots of space in the room. We did find the pool a bit cramped as two lanes were closed for lessons. Short walk and your at the shops, train station and bus stops nearby too. "
