The best hotel in sharm elshaik we had a great time the pictures doesn’t say everything about this beautiful hotel we stayed 8 nights at pickabatrous hotel and five in this one I regret we didn’t do the whole stay in this hotel the service is amazing and the rooms are brand new very spacious the team are amazing great service thanks to Hani the golf cart guy my daughter loved him and all the team are amazing we love Egypt and Egypttion

هو عبارة عن منتجع نظام شاليهات والتنقل فيه عبر سيارة الغولف والفندق نظيف وراقي والبوابة الرئيسية بس تطلع تلاقي بداية شارع نعمه مسافه دقيقتين ...والبحر نظيييف وفيه اسماك ملونه وللي يحبون الغوص فيه اسماك متنوعه بره سور البحر..التكاسي ع الشارع العام جنب الفندق

La struttura era bella,non abbiamo dovuto camminare tanto per andare dalla camera alla reception ma abbiamo dovuto camminare un po’ per andare al ristorante, piscina e mare ma per quello c’erano le mini macchine che ti portavano se ne avevi bisogno. Il cibo era delizioso e le persone che lavoravano li molto gentili, in più il mare è stupendo. Una cosa che non mi è piaciuta è la Tv vecchia e che si rompeva ogni volta,quella della mia camera abbiamo dovuto cambiarla tre volte.

Quite but no internet for the first 7 days. Door lock on the balkony was damaged, could not lock the door. Staff friendly, always with a smile. Food prices expensive in the hotel. Follow up from Alesia very good.

This was a very good choice for our holiday. The position next to the beach is superb. Food was good and the service excellent. The rooms are a little dated (mainly the shower rooms) but apart from that it’s hard to find any negatives. I would recommend this hotel.

Uns, als Stammgäste, hat der Aufenthalt gut gefallen. Das Essen war immer gut und das Personal sehr freundlich. Leider ist das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen und das eine oder andere müsste mal gemacht werden. Für uns war es eine tolle Woche vom Service und Wetter her.

The only good thing about the hotel is its next-door location to the main nightlife street. Beyond that, at check-in they told me my room was actually across the street and away a bit, far from their pool, restaurant, and private beach, and if I wanted a room on that side I’d have to pay an extra US$20/night. Then at the complimentary buffet every morning it was always hard to find a place to sit because the tables were dirty and empty yet there were many empty clean sections blocked off to guests. Then when I scheduled a free shuttle bus to the airport, they ended up canceling my ride without telling me and making me wait an hour even though the driver just sat there doing nothing until then. This place sucks.

Gutes Hotel, tolle Lage und schöner Sandstrand

Die Lage finde ich super. Einerseits direkt am Sandstrand der Naama-Bucht und anderseits gleich bei der Ausgangs- und Shopping-Meile. Der Strand ist gross und relativ flach sandig abfallend, so dass man auch ohne Badelatschen baden gehen konnte. Animationen habe ich in der Woche nur 2x erlebt, nämlich Aerobic, womit ich den Bereich gesamthaft auch als ruhig empfunden habe. Ich empfand, dass das Hotel eine gute Durchmischung von Gästen aus Deutschland/Schweiz, Italien, Ukraine und arabischen Ländern hatte. Ich hatte wohl die günstigste Kategorie gebucht und mein Zimmer lag in einem gesonderten Bereich, bei dem ich noch eine Strasse überqueren musste. Es gab jedoch die Möglichkeit, dass man mit einem Elektro-Wagen zum Strand/zu den Restaurants chauffiert wurde. Das Zimmer war ruhig und sauber mit einer auf mich eher etwas älter wirkenden Standard-Ausstattung. Das Frühstücksbuffet war durchschnittlich gut und vielfältig. Da ich nicht all-inclusive war, habe ich sonst für die Getränke etc. (z.B. bei der Strandbar) bezahlt. Die Preise empfang ich gegenüber meinem klassischen Reiseziel Hurghada eher hoch (ein Bier kostete umgerechnet etwa CHF 3.50). Dafür gab es Zeitfenster, wo 2-for-1 angeboten wurde, was dann eher ägyptischen Preisen entsprach. Das Personal empfang ich allgemein als sehr freundlich und unaufdringlich. Was mir auffiel, dass man z.B. gegenüber anderen Hotels z.B. bei der Strandliege nicht mit Getrännken bedient wurde. Dazu musst man zur Bar.
