Very run down and out dated - NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!

I was let down from the start, The room was disgusting and I had to get it cleaned befroe I could sleep in it, blood on the pillow. The floor was dirty there were cups left in the hall for over 3 days there were food stains on the floor Even though it was all inclusive I ate in the hotel once as the food was terrble luckliy the food in resturants is cheap and very good.

The food was terrible, doesn't meet the minimal exception, If you order a taxi to the hotel the hotel will not allow it to inter to the reception area and in instead they will charge us for using there golf car to get to the taxi. Not satisfied with my stay, definitely not booking for next time in the same hotel.

Advertised as 5 stars , but in reality only 3 if that ! The location is far away from everything , so basically nothing to do apart of staying in the hotel , staff don’t speak English , have to wait for to get as it at the restaurant, have to wait do food to be refilled , food limited choices and usually half warm . Alcoholic drinks very poor quality , entertainment poor . Would not recommend this place

Beh che dire, è la seconda volta che ci torno ottimo albergo personale eccellente, animatori bravissimi, camere pulite cibo ottimo il mare e vicino le piscine belle grandi ottime per bambini e adulti. Avevo perso il portafoglio ed è stato ritrovato alla reception con tutte le mie cose dentro. Hanno preparato una festa a sorpresa per il compleanno di mia figlia con una bellissima torta insieme ai animatori. Spero di tornarci altre mille volte. Sembra di stare a casa. Grazie mille per ottimo soggiorno ❤️!

Dont book this hotel, its a deralict building, you will be put the the next door hotel, that shares the same pool, there were rats or some kind or rodents in the the celing next to our 3 rooms you can here them. Complained to Expidia and they investigated, the hotel denied that we were staying there! Lucky expidia were great and after speaking to them they moved us to another hotel.

Vi uppskattade verkligen vår vistelse. Hotellet erbjöd en ren och trivsam miljö alldeles vid stranden. Personalen var dessutom mycket trevlig och tillmötesgående. Vi kände oss mycket välkomna under hela vår vistelse. Det var en mycket positiv upplevelse.
