"My family stayed here for 2 nights in April 2026 and enjoyed the stay immensely. The staff was super-friendly, the food was great, and the countryside location was relaxing yet convenient to Shannon. I would certainly plan on staying here again if I find myself back in the area. "Such a wonderful and quaint place. Sinead and Shane are SO friendly and helpful in so many ways. If I ever come back to Bunratty I will no doubt stay here again! The room was clean, beds were amazingly comfortable after a long trip. You wont be disappointed!"

"Parking was great. Only complaints I would logged is no elevator, which means carrying luggage up stairs if not on the ground floor. The only other ‘complaint’ was that there was no tea or coffee provided in the room."

"The whole hotel was very rundown and sad. It smelled like stale bar smoke. The room had hair on the bed along with worn out and sandpaper rough linens. The shower door was hanging off its track. There was mold in the corners and the carpet stunk. It felt like a you hostel more than a hotel. "

"Review for Cashen Course House – September 2025 We had a lovely stay at Cashen Course House in Ballybunion. The location is perfect — quiet but still close to the town and golf course. The room was spotless, and everything was well maintained, which made for a really comfortable stay. Having on-site parking was a big plus, especially after driving around the countryside. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, which added a personal touch to the experience. I’d definitely recommend this B&B to...

Everything clean- Right beside the beach a boardwalk and 25 minutes to doolin - beach gorgeous - just lovely and would recommend - and Flanagan’s pub for atmosphere and music and the cornerstone pub for food "

"One of the most beautiful rooms / homes I have ever stayed in. Felt like I was staying at a historic home that I was viewing on a tour. Bedroom was spectacular, bathroom was large and luxurious, and the breakfast was delicious! We wished we got there earlier to just hang out and enjoy the property. Would 100% stay here again. The host was also very kind and accommodating, especially at breakfast! Anyways can’t recommend this place enough. A+ Ps very close to rock of cashel 👍"
