"What a delightful stay this was. The room was clean and all the furniture was antique. It felt like stepping back in time. The proprietor was very attentive and our breakfast was delicious every morning (he used fresh eggs from his own chickens). The shower had good pressure and there was plenty of hot water to take a nice relaxing bath. I would definitely stay here again."

"Location is very convenient for our bi-annual convention visit to the York area.
That said, while the staff seems to be trying hard, it is hard to cover up a very well worn hotel.
Gouges in public hallways, patched walls, filthy carpets in common areas,
TV problems, etc
Just plain shabby"
