"Steve was really friendly and helped us find a nice place for dinner and breakfast. Kindly sorted a parking space on the property as I think it was a quiet night. But there’s also a huge car park on the other side of the building. More to do at the property than we realised. The communal area is brilliant. Don’t waste your money in the arcades as there’s loads to do at the hotel: pool, air hockey, table tennis, old school games table (pac man etc), sound system to choose your own music. Also...

"Great boutique hotel ,staff are young but brilliant, excellent customer service,food top quality both breakfast and dinner. My only complaint is parking, very frustrating, when full you are left to sort your own parking, not good. New Forest parking discs should be made available. "
