This hotel was adequate for a one-night stay while waiting for a connecting flight. The quality was okay, but not great, and it had a gloomy feel because of poor lighting. Our room stank of cigarette smoke.

As for the smoke smell in the room, we have also informed the housekeeping staff to deal with it and told all guests not to smoke in the room area. Over all, it is a nice place to stay overnight with a reasonable price. The only thing unpleasant was the wechat ID that provided by expedia for picking up never work. Therefore, we have to call Taxis to go to the hotel from the airport.

good for the price
The hotel was clean enough but in need of painting and re-carpeting. The fixtures were modern even with an automated toilet. It was a little noisy at night. I would stay there again mainly for the price which included a free breakfast buffet that was pretty good.

Great front desk Staff
The staff was outstanding with their customer service. They made sure I had orange juice for breakfast when they normally didn't have it available for breakfast. Offered me shuttle rides to not only the airport but the train station too. Only complaint would be that they don't have any English speaking channels on their TV not even CNN. But everything else was great!

It is only good for a night stay as it is near Pudong Airport and shuttle bus is provided. We had to contact the hotel to pick us up at the airport via WeChat and we waited 20 mins for the shuttle bus. It is also very inconvenient to travel to downtown. The shuttle bus took us to the nearest subway, Lingkong Metro Station and it took about 15 mins. We took about 45 mins to an hour to travel to downtown by subway. Going back to the hotel, we had to weChat the hotel to pick us up at Lingkong Metro Station and we waited about 15 mins for the driver to pick us up. The hotel and room are not identical to the picture shown.

The best hotel we ever lived compared to others in the world. This hotel provides 5-star service and hardware but only charges 3-star fee. Th Chinese restaurant across the hotel is also tasty.

Clean and Friendly Hotel! Would stay again!
We stopped here during our transfer to Australia. We checked-in in the morning and checked-out on the evening of the same day. We don't speak Chinese but the staff at reception have handheld electronic translators which made the experience simple and easy for us. The hotel is clean. The staff are very friendly. We had a great stay here. I would stay again and I highly recommend.

Single business/leasure traveller from Canada - This property was outstanding value. Provided a good dinner and breakfast. The room was good. A very modernized hotel with great staff offering exceptional courteous services. 24hr free food with a lot of choices. Nice location as well for outside dinning. Free shuttle service is quick upon request. The hotel manager Wendy is very friendly and professional to communicate. Will definitely go back next time.

Wonderful place for long layover
Great place, very clean. The room had mini fridge with refreshments. There were fruits in the room to snack. All the staff were so polite and helpful, arranged my shuttle to the airport. Both light late night meal and breakfast buffet were wonderful. This place is very well worth the money.
