Great for simple needs.
I travel for business. This is a no frills type of place with an Amazing location, clean bed and decent shower. Don't expect to be pampered and babied here, but get a cheap room that serves it's purpose, a clean, safe place to sleep and get clean.

Great location but .................
Cheap, decent size room, nice view, great location, right next to an office building with a food mall at the basement. Other than that, nothing else is good about this apartment hotel. Very hard bed, only good for locals, dirty carpet in the hallway, definitely not a place for Westerners.

Close to metro line, good for the budget
Reception is just a small office up on 1 of the floors with desks and paperwork scattered, not formal. When we asked for extra towels, staff just pulled out of a cardboard box. Rooms need lots of small fixes, dangling down lights, holes in bathroom tiles (can see through inside wall), etc. Found little crawling insects in bathroom, hope it's not silverfish!

Need Upgrading
The location of the hotel is excellent , lots of restaurants, shops and close to subway station. However the hotel is very run down, the towels are grey black and worn, bed sheets are ready for the bin . The pillows are stained , yellowish and filthy. House keeping means changing towels and emptying garbage and nothing else. Air condition was very noisy. It has the potential to be a great economy lodging but the hardware is very weak.

good experience for staying 10 nights and it's location is super and close everywhere, subway, restaurant, bank, department store, convenient store and local bus station.

Functional and adequate.
Rooms are functional and fairly minimal. Bed was hard. Persistent smell of smoke in the room and in the hallways. The location here is great, just a couple of minutes from Jing'an Temple, and the room is fine for a place to sleep -- just don't think you're getting anything luxury.

Not that great, but nothing horrible.
This is in a building that is full of different serviced appartments. This one not so good. We switched the next day to an other floor and found one that was in much better condition. The problem with the first one was that everything just seemed to be in not such great condition. Nothing was horrible, though, just not very good.

単身赴任のとき2年間住んでいました。建物の内装は少し老朽化してますが、上海の中心地で何処へ行くにもとても便利です。空港バスのターミナル極近、料金24元乗換えなし安い！上海の動脈 地下鉄2号線 静安寺駅から歩いて5分、市バスターミナルも便利です。受付係の兄ちゃん、とてもクイックな対応、リーズナブルに泊まりたい人にもオススメです！大阪人より、、、

Ótima localização, próximo ao metrô. Os corredores e a recepção são muito desorganizado e sujo, os funcionários fumam nos corredores. A limpeza do quarto poderia melhorar. Os funcionários foram atenciosos, tiraram dúvidas e nos ajudaram imprimindo um documento, sem custo.

静安寺近くは良いです！
とても良い立地です！地下鉄駅はもちろん、浦東空港行きバス停も近く、おしゃれなショッピングモールREELにも近く、朝は静かに静安公園でリラックスもできます。近くには気軽に入れるようなレストランやカフェも沢山あるので食事にも困りません。備え付けのTVもエアコンも快適に作動！仕事で滞在だったのでコンセントが一箇所に沢山あり便利でした。チェックインが予定外に遅く深夜になってしまいましたが、フロントのお兄さんも嫌な顔一つせずに感じ良かったです。お部屋は思った以上に広いです。貧乏性な私にはちょっと広すぎて寂しくなってしまいました。

安いだけのことはあるという低サービスの宿。
ここの建物は、経営が違う3社（まだ、他にもあるかも）があるようで、知らずにいつものところが1000円（1日）安いと思い、予約してしまった。。。 アメニティがほとんど無い（シャンプーとリンスと時々＾＾歯ブラシがあるだけ） 補充が歯ブラシはされない日が多々ある、水までも補充されない日がある。 エアコンの効き目が弱い。 洗濯機が、ちゃんと動かない、途中で止まってしまう。。。 タオルは、結構が古いので。。。神経質な人には、無理だと思う。 シーツもなんと1週間に1度しか交換してくれない・・・ 二度と使わない。

設備に若干難有り
普通のホテルというより、サービスアパートと考えた方がよいです。 部屋は広いですが、私が泊まった部屋は、wifiのモデムかルーターが壊れていて LANケーブルを直接さすことで何とか繋げました。（ホテルスタッフが1時間対応） また部屋の電話は繋がらないし、エレベータは3基中1基がメンテで使用不可、しかも システムが貧弱でなかなか効率的に動かずに相当待たされストレスがたまりました。 一応、毎日清掃の人が入ってベッドメーキング等はしてくれます。13階のフロント（部屋） スタッフも愛想は普通ですがリクエストには対応してくれました。確かに立地はいいですが もう1回泊まるかと言われれば微妙な所です。どこまで我慢できるか、ですね。

静安寺近くにあり、空港へ行くのにバス、地下鉄共に選択できて便利です。 近くにコンビニも数件あります。 私が3時に到着した時に掃除のおばちゃんが私の部屋で食事とお茶を楽しんでいたのと、備品の補充がなかった点が不満です。 安宿で交通に便利なホテルです。

地下鉄二号線静安寺から徒歩５分で着きます。二度目の利用です。一か月の滞在なのでキッチン付きのアパートメントが便利でした。冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、洗濯機もついていてます。設備や部屋の内装は新しくはありませんが、許容範囲内です。出張や、短期留学などでの利用に向いていると思います。ホテルの周りは賑やかな繁華街で、高級店から庶民的なお店まで、どんなジャンルでも対応できます。

Top-Lage, leider etwas abgewohnt, viel zu kalt
Positiv: Top-Lage im Jing'An-Viertel von Shanghai. Nachteil: Relativ abgewohnter Zustand des Apartments und der Ausstattung. Völlig unzureichend auch die Heizung im Winter. Ich habe einige Tage vorab ausgecheckt weil die vorhandenen Heizlüfter das Apartment bei Temperaturen um den Gefrierpunkt einfach nicht warm bekommen haben. Im Winter ausdrücklich nicht zu empfehlen.

最高の立地です
浦東空港からバスで約１時間、ホテルまで徒歩５分くらいです。お鍋を借りましたがコンロがガスではないので調理には時間がかかりました。洗濯機も使用しましたが洗剤もあったので助かりました。また、利用したいです。

Unkompliziertes Serviced Apartment. Obwohl ich schon morgens aus Deutschland gelandet bin, gab es sogar schon ein freies Zimmer für mich. Es gibt eine kleine Küchenecke mit Herd, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank und Herdplatten. Im Bad sogar Waschmaschine. Leider ist das Haus und die Einrichtung nicht mehr ganz neu und das merkt man doch. Wer aber keine grossen Ansprüche hat und vor allem in zentraler Lage unterkommen will, der ist hier ideal aufgehoben.

立地条件は最高に良いです。上海市内のどこに行くのにも便利なこと食事をするにも和洋中等好きなものが食べられる・・・ホテル室内の設備点検と清掃とシーツ・タオル・スリッパ等交換できたらまた利用したい

酒店位置很好
酒店的位置很好, 走路不到五分鐘就能到靜安寺及地鐵2號線和7號線, 地鐵2號線能到浦東機場和虹橋機場. 附近有很多的商店和餐廳, 非常方便. 公寓房間大, 採光好, 有個簡單的廚房, 還有洗衣機和烘乾機. 房間有網線是免費的, 網速還可以. 不過公寓需要一些翻新, 毛巾及床上用品已被大量的使用過, 有些破舊, 浴室很小, 且有發黴的味道.

たどりつければ立地は最高！中国語ができない方は不向き
まず地図の位置が違うので訂正してほしいです！外観からも全然わかりません！同じようなコンドミディアムがビル内に数件ありますので中国語ができない方はたどりつくのが皆無でしょう、ビルの１階ににも看板が見当たらないのでまったくわかりません。実際には１３階に事務所があります！数泊しましたがｼｬﾝﾌﾟｰなどの追加はありませんでした。タオルも薄汚れてて、おりたたんであるものの２日目、以降交換したかは謎、（多分交換していない）まあ立地だけは最高でどこに行くのも便利です！

Ruime appartement, verouderd, prima locatie.
Appartement was ruim, maar verouderd en niet schoon. In dezelfde appartement complex zijn er meerdere bedrijven die appartementen verhuren. We hebben ook paar dagen een andere appartement gehuurd en die was in veel betere staat. Ligging was wel erg goed. Naast de bekende attracties zijn er in Shanghai veel grote mooie parken die je kunt bezoeken. Shanghai is een mooie stad. De Bund moet je zeker ook 's avond bezoeken, dan is het heel mooi verlicht.
