エアコンは風が出るだけで、暖房や冷房の切り替えができなかった。 部屋にティッシュが無い。 シャワールームの水が洗面所へ漏れる。 フロントの対応が悪く、とても、サービスとは思えない。フロントマンが一人しかいないので、順番待ちとなり、順番が来ても横入りの人がいて、イライラする。また、対応も時間がかかりすぎ。朝食チケットを事前に発行してくれない。 値段が安いホテルを選んだので仕方ない。でも、次回は使わない。

ちゃんと掃除してくれ～！！

今回２回目の利用ですが、部屋にホコリが溜まってたり 風呂場に前の滞在者の物と思われる髪の毛が複数落ちてたりと清潔感はなかったです それ以外は値段を考えれば概ねOKでした

Not a business hotel.

The only good side of this hotel is the location. It is close to metro which is a plus for commuting around Shanghai. It is definitely not a proper business hotel. The hotel staff seems lack of experience. When I first checking in to the hotel, there were 4 staffs there and yet they took 10-15 minutes to process my check-in. The room is dusty and I can see dust on my bedsheets and pillows as well. The bed is extremely hard as well. Every night when I back in hotel, definitely I will find "massage" and "lovely girls" marketing cards and contacts. I'm sorry to say that, this hotel is neither suitable for business or leisure with family.
