The only good side of this hotel is the location. It is close to metro which is a plus for commuting around Shanghai.
It is definitely not a proper business hotel. The hotel staff seems lack of experience. When I first checking in to the hotel, there were 4 staffs there and yet they took 10-15 minutes to process my check-in. The room is dusty and I can see dust on my bedsheets and pillows as well. The bed is extremely hard as well. Every night when I back in hotel, definitely I will find "massage" and "lovely girls" marketing cards and contacts. I'm sorry to say that, this hotel is neither suitable for business or leisure with family.
