The shelter bus service is very convenient. They have the route between airport to hotel and hotel to the Disneyland. Food is amazing! The staff is okay! Hopefully the bed get a little bit improve next time!

Always staying here when I’m in Shanghai catching flight leaving come Pudong. Customer service is excellent, even the room service lady. Ask for help from the lady (didn’t get her name. It is a great place to stay either a few days or the night . Hotel is very clean , and they make an effort, and go the extra mile make you comfortable. Breakfast was really good, that of course is if you like Chinese cuisine. The bus service to and from airport is timely 24-7 . Over all a great place , stayed several times already .
