great location, little walk to the bund and local train stations, loads of free water and a stocked fridge, we got free breakfast and there is also some items for supper! staff super helpful and rooms not dated!

Stayed two nights here in ShangHai. The location is great. Just few minutes walk from the bund, and several minutes walk to Nanjing Road shopping area. Also close the the metro station. The staff are super friendly. Breakfast is plenty. Complementary night time snack is big plus.

Nice and clean family room with spacious toilet. Short walking distance to the bund but quite a distance to walk to the nearest Nanjing East Road or Yuyuan Metro station, ended up using Didi rides most of the mornings as it’s too hot and sweaty for morning walks. Breakfast spread is okay and it has a noodle soup station but very crowded and chaotic in the morning and have to wait for a table. It offers free self-service laundry but the washers and dryers are always busy, hard to secure a slot. The hotel offers complimentary light supper too, included porridge and steamed buns.

Hotel was in a great location. Close to all attractions and events. Close to tourist areas and shopping. Lots of restaurants near by. The only thing I didn’t like about this hotel was that it was such an inconvenience for cars to enter and exit the hotel. Staffs were somewhat friendly but lack English. It was hard to communicate with one another even with translators.

Actually after I booked my hotel, read some bad reviews regarding the reception staff attitude and was quite worry. However, everything was good during my stay. Staff was courteous during check in, view was good. Accept it was raining the whole day which was not the hotel fault. Will stay again in future if I’m back to Shanghai
