Overall good hotel in a great location. However I had AC issues. The staff was great and tried to make it better and also gave me a portable fan but the hotel seems to have AC issues in some other rooms too..
First time in the area and hotel and would highly recommend. Was welcomed by a very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend hotel

Furniture is old. Menu in room service is very limited. Too many security cameras makes you feel that you are being watched all the time.Location is very nice. Cake of the day requires lot of improvement.

Nice hotel near the subway
We had a nice spacious studio room but would have expected it to be on a higher floor
Good breakfast choice of local and cooked dishes
In room services directory says a bar on 52 floor Executive lounge, didn’t find it only an unfriendly staff member who sent us away, looked like a good view
Front desk, concierge and staff are friendly and helpful. They booked my taxi to airport on time and provide me with the best service they could. I will definitely stay here again and recommend people to stay here.

The room is spacious, clean and nice interior design. Hotel staffs are helpful and very responsive.
The only setback of this hotel is that the 50th floor sky bar is not available and unfortunately the gym is under renovation.

this was our third time stay with Skyway Pullman Shanghai. Everything i stay there, i feel like better than at home. i enjoyed the convenient location of this hotel, and the swimming pool mostly,i go to the pool at least once a day , something twice a day. the pool is huge, with only a few people, excellent for lap swimming . I also enjoy the steam and sauna room there.

The location is indeed very good. 3mins walk to the metro and its the tallest building around so it was easy to spot. The only not so nice part is at night, the room is considered dark (have to switch on all the standing lamps one by one if you want more light but its also very troublesome to switch off one by one). They have international sockets so very thoughtful and the ladies in the executive lounge were really nice and good!

The hotel has the ambiente of an old style 5 stars hotel. It´s well equipped with everything you would need. Check-in and staff has to deal with the masses of guests. They don´t have time to take care of you in Person.
