6/10 Okay

The staff were friendly. However, I would not recommend staying here if you have limited mobility or are elderly; there is no assistance with luggage, and there are steps leading into the lobby.

The facility looks new and is well maintained. The room is clean with big windows for plenty sunlight during the day. The staff was very helpful and patient to call for express shipping guy for package drop and questions on storage service. The area of the hotel is more business focused not for tourists convenience. However, across the street, take the elevator inside the office building to B1, there is a tunnel leading to Hongqiao transport compound. From there, you may take subway to the Hongqiao airport terminals or regional express to Pudong airport. Quite a few convenience stores and food shops in the compound area. It is about 20 minute walk or 1 kilometer. I didn’t know until a front desk explained to me the next morning. I had to to take a taxi on the night before and taxi driver complained he was waiting long enough for a short ride.

Sleeping areas were clean and the large tv was nice. The breakfast buffet is excellent with a wide selection of food. My family was very happy. The hotel is conveniently located close to Hongqiao, but does not offer a shuttle. The front desk will help get a cab for transportation. We stayed at this hotel because it was close to the train station.
