Exceptional hotel, the only problem I had was the room was too warm during the day even with the air conditioning turned off due to glass windows and the sun (visited in December).

Not a bad second stay.

The hotel is generous with upgrades and breakfast, suite was large and comfortable, especially the bed. Furnishing is a bit worn out, especially the sofas and chairs. Overall cannot complain for the price and location for my work requirements.

Good range of services, opposite lovely park. A good walk to the metro but overall location suitable. Lighting in room was not user friendly and position of lights poor. Bathroom tired but great shower pressure. Request for non smoking but could smell smoke toward end of stay

hardwares are good. bath room is nice. most of the staff were nice room is too small, there was dust at bar, never got cleaned. the room I booked come with 2 breakfast, but on the restaurant record only showed one free breakfast, told to them for couple times, they never fixed the problem, for a whole month! swimming pool doesn't provide bath towels, we had to bring from our room.
