Check-in staff not helpful: Assigned wrong type of room with smaller bed, thick smoking fume, bugs. After complaint, compensated with two free breakfast. Didn't offer help to call taxi service. 950M away from Metro Station making walking with luggage quite difficult.
There seems to be communication gap between Expedia and GreenInn management. Our reservation did not figure on their systems and with the language barrier it was 2 hours and a tremendous effort to get the issues resolved.
Muy buen hotel y el precio muy razonable , lo mejor es que a dos cuadras está la línea 2 del metro la cual te lleva a todas partes , desde el aeropuerto hasta los lugares más turísticos de la cuidad pagando alrededor de 1 dolar ida y vuelta a comparación de los taxis que te andan cobrando alrededor de 25 dls cada dejada y la ubicación del lugar no esta mal muy segura .
