Brilliant location.

Second time staying here. Fantastic location. Would recommend staying here. Very close to the metro, FRIENDS cafe, dog cafe etc.

Great location!

Great hotel. Amazing location (it’s very close to Central Perk; the Friends TV show themed cafe). We had a view of the Pearl from our room. Very comfy bed. Very clean. I’d say if you’re not used to the noise of the city you might have trouble sleeping as the windows aren’t double glazed but other than that, I honestly can’t fault this hotel.

7泊滞在致しました。とても綺麗なホテルでした…日本語英語は中々通じないのですが、和訳機、携帯など必須です タクシーも毎回場所を伝えればすぐに呼んでいただき対応も良かったです。日本円の両替は難しく、すぐ目の前の銀行でキャッシュカードからの両替が土日関係なくとても便利で1番手数料も安くつきます。少し歩くと美味しいパン屋さん飲食店が立ち並ぶ所にも近くて良かったです。タクシーは15分圏内の息子移動は日本円で言うと350円位内でとても安かったです。 23元から30元以内でパールタワーまですぐです！

Ok price average staff; good room

Location is about 10mins walk to closest train station it is an ok walk but it is close to bus station if you know how to take to places you like. Got the average season price so it was quite ok!! Just a bit slow during check-in and DO NOT TRUST the staffs there if you want instructions on where about to get to or ask for recommendations. It’s the typical usual China—even local police do not know the street well in the area.

Location and comfort - excellent package!

Excellent room, though slightly narroe floor plan. Comfortable bedding and wonderful AC. Breakfast was decent with espresso machine in the room! :) location is central to Shanghai sights and the view from breakfast is amazing!

Good location, clean rooms, good deal

It's a beautiful hotel with a nice view of the bund and Pudong for a reasonable price. The rooms are clean and well maintained. We missed a few breakfasts but they weren't accommodative in terms of pushing them forward for use on a later date (they're very strict about that so don't miss breakfast if you've paid for it). Good location for moving around the city with nice bus routes and line 10 metro a short walk away.

Think twice

the worst, which is not their fault, it is far from subway. we need to walk like 30 min to get to the Bund. the elevators were always crowed. only 2 people were speaking English. the room was ok, but not like in the pictures. everyday was the same story with the towels, and other small stuff. it doesn't have the come back feeling.

Convenience to city center. About 2 miles or 30 min walk. The chinese loves to walk and they are fast. They will tell you everything is close and fast to get there. Double the time and distance that they give you. Everything cash. China dont take credit card. Only 5% of hotel staff speaks simple basic English. None speaks in the public. Enjoy sign language or getting lost. Thats how you learn shanghai n have fun

Hotel-gmach, ale położony w typowej chińskiej dzielnicy, gdzie można obserwować życie zwykłych Szanghajczyków. Ok. 10 minut pieszo do stacji metra, 30 minut pieszo na promenadę Bund. Wygodny, duży, czysty pokój. Jest zestaw do parzenia herbaty, kosmetyki, żelazko. W holu automat do wymiany pieniędzy. Gniazdka w pokoju bez problemu "obsługują" polskie wtyczki. Hotelowa restauracja serwuje dania z wężem.
