"This was my second stay at Grand Hyatt KL. The hotel itself is lovely. Rooms are a fantastic layout so you’re not tripping over suitcases. The location of the hotel is the biggest selling point though. Short walk to the towers (cutting through the convention centre making it mostly air conditioned). And a covered skywalk all the way to the malls and restaurants at Pavilion. Excellent pool as well!"

"We have stayed at Aloft before and have found the property to be very well located and convenient. The room was clean but as commented previously the property is a little aged and needs some upgrading especially the bathroom. We have no complaints about the staff. They were all very pleasant, helpful, cheerful, polite and friendly."
