"AC worked well, parking spot right outside the room. Everything was fine. No regular handsoap for some reason, only shampoo. Other than that, clean, working fridge and cool AC, no complaints."

"Chenoa, on second shift, is a wonderful ambassador for La Quinta. She is so welcoming and efficient, it just sets such a nice tone. The lobby is modern and well-maintained. It had an inviting atmosphere. One night, a couple of guests were playing acoustic guitars - beautiful! My son appreciated the gym and there were people using it every evening but it wasn’t crowded. The pool was very pleasant after a long day. The room was as pictured online and very clean. Our refrigerator was not working the first night and it was promptly fixed the next day. I would definitely recommend this lovely facility."

"The front desk and food service staff were wonderful. The location is fabulous, literally right next to the train and in the heart of downtown. Breakfast and rooftop bar were great. My only complaint was the cleanliness of the room. I never post bad reviews but I was disappointed. The floors in the room were just plain dirty. I would stay there again, but they need to improve the housekeeping. Other grounds in the hotel were spotless, it’s just the room."

"It was pretty much what we expected for the price. It wasn't anything luxurious or upgraded, but it offered good value, and we were satisfied with our stay. The housekeeping staff was especially sweet and friendly. The breakfast staff, on the other hand, seemed a bit cold and not as welcoming. Overall, we enjoyed the stay."

There are great places to eat (the local goat is our favorite ), it’s not far from downtown Chattanooga, the hotel is clean and the beds are comfy . We never have any complaints staying here and this our 3rd time staying at stayapt . Highly recommend!"

"The cabin I stayed in on willow creek drive - waterfalls and it was so beautiful and peaceful. I enjoyed my one night stay and will be booking again. Thanks for having such a nice area to have a peace mind and the hot tub was excellent. So relaxing!"
