"Beautiful hotel. Big rooms. Comfortable beds. Friendly and helpful English speaking staff. Extensive, tasty breakfast and dinner buffets. Chinese restaurant is beautiful and has excellent food and service. Adjacent to a mall that has lots of other restaurants. Lovely spa and pool. Would definitely stay here on next visit."

"Modern and well-designed hotel, well-located. Easy walk to Muslim Street. Free laundry is a nice bonus but beware the dryer doesn't remove all moisture. Laundry ih high demand in the evening, so recommend going during the day. "

He responded quickly to our email queries and gave detailed advice regarding how to make the best use of our short time in Xian. We were able to very efficiently navigate the city and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Xian because of Oscar's willingness to go over and beyond his job to make us feel at home in a new city."
