"It was easy to find the flat and plenty of parking. We stayed at level 3, room no 5. Unfortunately a very strong drainage smell was coming out of the toilet which stunk the bedroom. The curtains won't close. The shower was dirty. We alerted the owner of this who admitted there was a drainage issue in the building that has been causing the smell. He said at 10:30pm at night if we didnt like it we could leave. The next day, despite admitting to the problem the night before he then denied it...

Very clean with comfy bed in sleeping room. 2 bathrooms. Fast wifi superb aircon. Ovearall perfect place in Catania clise to museums. Only half minute from alibus stops to airport metro and many buses. Almost at Via Etnea with many shops I will come back as soon as possible . Highly recommend. "

Most concerning was discovering someone else’s dirty underwear tucked between the sheets—raising serious hygiene issues. "The communication was reliant on messages. No direct contact. No guest handbook explaining how to turn the sockets on. No gas for the cooker until someone came out after 2 days to turn it on under the sink. Poor decorative order. Great location but a poor start"

"Die Unterkunft liegt direkt an der Hauptverkehrsstraße man kann auch sagen Rennstrecke wo es MEGA LAUT war. Der Zugang zu dem Apartment war völlig ungepflegt und zugemüllt. Im Badezimmer und Schlafzimmer löste der Putz sich von den Wänden durch Feuchtigkeit, Vorsicht ist geboten beim Duschen wenn der Boiler sich einschaltet verbrüht man sich. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist mehr als Mangelhaft und was an Geschirr und Besteck da war musste erstmal gereinigt werden. Es empfehlt sich hier...
