"So far from a 5 star hotel. The staff is the most unfriendliest staff we have ever encounter. When we pulled in no bellman, front desk is extremely not professional and could care less. Guest experience is close to none. Property isn’t clean, dirt and weeds everywhere. The room is tiny, no iron/steamer. We called front desk 3 times for a steamer, after 30mins I had to go downstairs and ask again. Property has a lot of potential if well maintained. Definitely not a 5 star hotel. Service is worse...

"We had some trouble finding the location but the staff was helpful with sending me the exact coordinates. The rooms were very spacious and clean, however the sauna and spa in the rooms did not work. Breakfast had a big assortment but no coffee was available when we arrived, unless the other places we had stayed in, which we were all looking for. The location is within walking distance of several nice coffee places ( bars), a corner fruit stand and the piazza. Parking was very easy and free. If...

"What an amazing property with unforgettable views! We stay for one night in the rooftop suite while passing through on a quick trip to Sicily before our Mediterranean cruise. The staff exceeded our expectations from check-in to check-out.
