"An utterly beautiful hotel. The staff were just amazingy friendly and helpful, the location was perfect and the food was exceptional. The facilities were also fantastic The pool - which has a great balance of shaded and full sunshine sun beds- was a godsend when it got hot! All in all the perfect place to stay in Seville."

"Perfect location for us. Welcome staff were friendly, polite, respectful and helpful. Rooms were spotless. Mimi bar filled with soda’s/water, welcome champagne in bucket. Walk in shower. Excellent for disabled people. Breakfast was buffet style, excellent choice. All staff friendly and helpful (even when there was a language problem!). Strongly recommended, will go back"

"Pros...very nice staff. Room had no iron but they brought us one when we asked. Close to many locations. Bus stop nearby. Cons....we paid extra for the city view which there was really no view. Bathroom shower couldn't be adjusted so water spilled outside. Uber cannot go up to hotel and no one mentioned this. Air conditioner noise kept us up all night."

"From the point of check end, the whole experience is super bad. Unfriendly front office team and to the room experience with the electricity cutting off automatically unless there is a movement in the room every few minutes. Calls after calls to Front Deck, issue is not even resolved. Corridor on the floor towards room from lift landing are very dark, as the auto sensor lights does not light up until after more than 30 seconds. The worst hotel I had ever stayed in! "

"I only stayed here one night but had a great stay. It is conveniently close to the Metro for getting to the centre in a few minutes, and also near local shopping and the main train station. The room was very well maintained and the pool was a welcome benefit to cool off in the hot weather. I slept well and found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!"
