We had a wonderful stay. The location is excellent, and the staff was very kind and helpful. They even helped me arrange a taxi to the train station. I would definitely recommend this place!

Phenomenal location, but the room needs maintenance. ​The location is truly phenomenal, and having a private patio was excellent—though opening the shade beforehand would have kept it from being blistering hot upon arrival. However, the room felt rather run-down, with loose floor tiles and worn-out bathrobes. Fantastic spot and outdoor space, but it could definitely use some upkeep.

Perfect location, you couldn’t get any closer to the cathedral. All staff were very helpful and welcoming. The hotel is clean, small but comfortable. Our room was lovely. The only one bit of criticism is the bathroom. The shower head doesn’t move, the tap on the sink was very loose. No where to hang the big towels after a shower. Bed was comfortable. It was quite noisy and the hallway light would wake me up. Fresh towels daily and the room was made up. Other than that the interior and design is pretty. We didn’t have breakfast so I can’t comment.

A lot historic charm that matched the city perfectly. Excellent location close (walking distance) to all historic sites, restaurants/bars/coffee shops, and shopping. Staff was all very helpful with calling taxis and laundry service. Breakfast on terrace was lovely and plentiful.

Close to the cathedral and palace, ( 5 mins walk). Very friendly and helpful staff, particularly the young lady in the afternoon, (? Arella). The breakfast was good value and nice to eat on the terrace.

This hotel was an absolutely perfect place to stay in the center of Seville! The historic building has a lot of character, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms have comfortable beds and the bathrooms are very nice. The view from the roof is wonderful as well.

This is the one hotel that I was pleasantly surprised with the big, wide, extremely clean, sunny room, it even had a small balcony and a huge vintage usable tub! Small hotel very well maintained for being over 100 years old. Almost like visiting one of those vintage houses in Barcelona that are open for attraction to the public…Breakfast at the terrace and you can actually call and order and will be ready when you are ready. Extremely well located and 5 minutes walking distance to the Giralda…Parking was a worry for us before we got there with a rental car, but we were able to find an all night parking 700 meters from it and taxi to it was under 10Euros or walk. You can download your luggage outside the hotel or just around the corner where there is a taxi stop; 80-100meters away. The staff is very helpful and friendly and they are there 24 hours. The only thing I could say is the AC is loud, but well we were at like 40 Celsius outside and my room was well around 20 Celcius, so nice I got cold and even wore the Spa robe for sleeping. The most comfortable bed from my full trip through Spain. If you are driving don’t stress about parking, Indigo parking has lots and lots of space and it is reasonably priced, clean, new. I would definitely come back to this hotel and have another bath in that luxurious vintage tub that actually worked perfectly. I also got some bubble bath balls by walking 10 minutes to the luxurious street full of high end stores and street covered by big toldo

What a beautiful hotel right in the heart of Seville. My room was spotless , the bed so comfortable and the staff were so friendly and helpful. I had breakfast on the terrace and in the lobby …both were delicious. A wonderful place to stay
