The location of this apartment is wonderful. Convenient to the Seville Cathedral, Real Alcazar, and the Plaza de Espana. We visited during Palm Sunday, so the town was especially exciting with processions going on each day. Something to experience at least once in your lifetime. The apartment was close to several access points to view these events. We arrived at the train station and was able to walk to the apartment (about 25 minutes) We spent several days walking around the town without needing a taxi. Our apartment had a terrace access overlooking the wonderful restaurant below, Casa Carmen Sevilla Restaurante. It was nice to sit out in the mornings to have espresso or to relax before dinner in the warm sun. There was just enough space for our family of four. My only recommendation would be to have someone in the office consistently to assist with check in. It can be a little confusing and we helped another pair of travelers from France that did not receive any instructions for check-in. Other than that, truly a wonderful place to stay and would highly recommend!

Property was clean. Reception lady explained everything well. The bathroom door didn’t have a latch or knob and was a sliding door and will slide open automatically. Location was strategically good but the downside was the street noise of horse buggies and people hanging out at night, although it was their Holy Week which maybe the reason

They didn't have enough towels and bedding for all of us. I had to sleep on the sofa with a towel as blanket for the first night.The hot water tank is terrible. It holds enough for a 4 minute shower, and probably 20 minutes to fill up again. The windows don't seal the outdoor sounds very well either. But the unit was well maintained and clean. The location was great. If the hot water tank wasnt poor, it probably would be ok.

It was a great location, easy access to all of the local restaurants and tourist spots. It was along a busy road, with lots of traffic, and horses and carriages all day long. No ovens are present, but microwaves are available.

Overall it was great! Great location, staff really helpful. The apartment was a little bit dirty, dust on the floor and sofas and chairs quite old and dirty. Bed/Bedrooms were great, clean sheets and towels

Modern apartment in excellent location, minutes from major attractions. The entrance to the apartments is not on the Main Street and difficult to find first time - better directions would help.

Reception kept communication open and easy to navigate multiple on-boarding issues like bedding,towels,pillows etc through WhatsApp. The stay was not accommodative of the four occupants assigned to the room. Washrooms and rooms were dated and poorly designed, as the noise from the neighbouring rooms kept us up ! Location ⭐️⭐️⭐️

The apartment we were in was a little tired, broken tile in the bathroom, chips in the sink and shelf wobbly. The flat was huge but again chipped and walls and door marked and stains on the furniture. This apartment is at the back of the restaurant garden so very noisy until around 1 am in th morning. On the plus side it is perfectly situated and great as within. Walking distance of all you wan to see. I think it was not worth the price we paid but if you can get it a bargain and happy to stay awake until the restaurant closes would be great. Reception lovely and helpful x

Great apartment you should try it
This was the most wonderful hotel/apartment. After we got there we were so delighted with it we changed our itinerary and booked an extra night. Close to the cathedral and restaurants. I will be staying again next time I am in Seville.

Very central location. Minutes from Alcazar and Seville Cathedral. Literally at the doorstep of Torre del Oro. Very close to the river too if you want to walk to Tirana. Apartment is clean and spacious. Also close to bus stops to and from airport. Reception does not open until 11am so can’t leave luggage there if you want to check out before 11am. But otherwise a great apartment. Would recommend.

Perfect place to stay in Seville!
What a great find in the heart of Seville! Everything was perfect from the cleanliness of the apartment to the ease of getting in and around. We loved having the windows out to the street below. The only warning I would give is that if you are sensitive to a lot of noise, there are plenty of horses and carriages passing by during the day and a lively bar across the street with the sounds of flamenco pouring out into the wee hours of the morning.

Lovely apartment with terrace. Had an issue with the shower, but that was fixed same day. Only complaint is that there wasn’t a knife sharpener so had to cut onions with a blunt knife! Be aware that they ask you to fill in a few online forms before you arrive. If you book through Expedia they already have payment (other than for a security deposit), so I had to clarify that with them as the first form was asking for payment details.

This property is in an excellent location! Close and walkable to almost everything you would want to see. Close too to the restaurant and shopping districts. The apartment itself was very comfortable. Had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. The only downside was that there is NO parking but we read this in advance and did not have our car while there. You don't need one given its location. This was an excellent find.

We had a late check-in (After midnight) but we’re able to arrange everything with What’s App prior to our arrival. The property was above expectations for cleanliness and friendliness. The pictures and description was accurate. The internet is a bit erratic as I have to log on with the passwordevery-time my device went to sleep. The manager accommodated me by letting us log onto a more private internet. The location was secure fantastic. I would definitely stay here again if I came back to Seville.

This apartment is in a great location! Close to every sight you want to see and close to a major bus route. The only thing that could be a problem is that the walls are very thin and every little noise echoes in the hallways. It was very hard to get some sleep on the weekend nights because of the noise.

We enjoyed our stay here! So fun to be so close to everything and see the people go by out the balcony. My husband and two teenagers enjoyed the space and great wifi. It was nice to wash our clothes. Every one slept well but me. I kept hearing some guy cough for like 30 mins. And then I finally fell asleep again. Other then that, no complaints!!!

A unsafe place to stay ! A stranger guy walked into our apartment with our access card at night… this is so scary and unacceptable! That guy said he stayed in the same floor with us but has different access card! We immediately called the property but no one answered the phone given on the website! No explanation were given afterwards! There is a restaurant on the first floor so very noisy at night every day! Do not come here !!!!!

Similarly, when talking on Expedia chat, you told us that you called a phone number, which has nothing to do with our property. I told you the correct number and that if you had read the instructions carefully you would have found the number to call after 7:00 p.m. After this message you stopped communicating with us. Likewise, why didn't you tell us in person when it all happened?Regarding the restaurant, you are located in the center of Seville, logically there will be no silence.Regards.

Had a great stay here. The apartment was much larger than expected with most of the amenities we needed - laundry, full kitchen, coffee machine. We did wish that some laundry soap, a roll of paper towel and a sponge were left for us as we felt quite wasteful buying a full bottle of detergent to run two loads and had to use the kitchen towel to clean up the counter. The terrace was huge and we really enjoyed spending time out here. The building was quiet, clean and safe and incredibly walkable to everywhere we wanted to go.
