"I’m confident it will be better over time, but right now they have quite a bit to work on. Many drinking glass were not cleaned and spider web on some chairs. Despite >85% empty (my assumption) we got an apartment where we had to go up some stairs to reach it. No elevator and not possible to change. The reception is not very quick or helpful. "I had an excellent stay at Upon Vila Alcochete Hotel. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The staff went above and beyond, friendly, attentive, and always proactive. One day I left the ‘do not disturb sign by mistake, and they even contacted me through WhatsApp to make sure I didn’t need anything. The hotel is located in a quiet and charming small town, about 25 miles (40 km) from Lisbon, perfect if you're looking for a peaceful stay away from the busy city. Highly recommended!"
