"Ideal place to stay in Burnley: there is limited options for business travellers staying around Burnley. This has become my place to stay if in the area why? Good accommodation, close to trains, free breakfast, supportive staff and of course cost. Wouldn’t consider anywhere else, as always consistently good. "

"The short break was booked so I could spend time with my Grandchildren. The kids loved there stay and swam twice a day, the kids ate free with a paying adult which saved a lot of money. Food was great and the kids really enjoyed the amount of different choices to choose from. Staff were polite friendly and very helpful! Our domestic help made us feel very comfortable and didn’t complain when we returned to our room before she had finished her jobs ! Helped me with the A/C and the bathroom shower which was really appreciated as I didn’t know how to work them. Definitely would stay again."

"Highly recommended - full of character and tastefully styled rooms - excellent restaurant and bar dining in a ‘local pub’ setting. Pay& Display parking nearby (or use the Settle Social Club car park reduced rates) - well worth a visit to this charming community"
