"This stay in Mallorca was very special for us, as it was our first time on the island and also a birthday trip for me. We truly appreciated the kind birthday attention from the hotel — it was a lovely and thoughtful gesture that made our stay even more memorable.
The hotel is beautiful, with a well-maintained territory and a pleasant atmosphere. The breakfast buffet was excellent — very tasty, fresh, and with a wide variety of options to choose from.
On the downside, the pool water was not heated and quite cold, which made swimming uncomfortable. Also, the shower area was not very practical — only a curtain, so water splashed everywhere and flooded the bathroom.
Overall, despite these small drawbacks, we had a wonderful experience and many great memories from our first visit to Mallorca."
"I had a wonderful stay at Aubamar Suites & Spa. The staff were incredibly hospitable, friendly, and always willing to accommodate any request. The restaurant was excellent I especially loved the breakfast selection. A special mention to Lucia at the restaurant, who was fantastic, though truly everyone working there was pleasant and welcoming.
The spa was another highlight, and I really appreciated that it’s included. I also visited the rooftop at the sister hotel, which is absolutely gorgeous.
The location is great: very close to the airport less than 30 minutes by bus and it only cost me €8 return, with the bus stop just 5 minutes from the hotel. Getting to Palma Old Town was also easy and quick: less than 30 minutes by bus for €2, with the stop again very close by. A taxi to the Old Town was around €18. Plus, the beach is just a short walk away.
Overall, a beautiful hotel with exceptional service and an ideal location."
Grupotel Cala Marsal Nature Hotel - New Reopening 2025
10/10 Excellent
"The entire hotel was very clean, including the spa/sauna, restaurant and outdoor area. Shower pressure & temperature no problems, comfy bed, and a nice balcony.
I selected half board option and I'm glad I did! Both breakfast and dinner buffet were plentiful and fresh, different types of food to chose from, and every day there was something different for the main for dinner. I was so full after breakfast so I didn't really need to have lunch during my stay.
There were also some nice cafes and restaurants close to the hotel, and the beach was just a stone's throw away. The beach parasol, sunbed and security box were so affordable to rent for the whole day (about £16 pp), unlike other Mediterranean beach resort.
Reception, restaurant waiting staff, housekeeping staff were all friendly and kind. I'd definitely come back to this hotel again for a relaxing solo holiday :)
(*One request I have for the hotel would be to have a kettle in a room, or rent a kettle at the front desk!)"
"Front desk staff were exceptional. Assisted us with any and all local inquiries. The rest of staff were extremely pleasant and friendly at all times.
The room was clean and comfortable with a fantastic view. Only one complaint is that there was no dresser to put clothes away. For our 5 day stay, the closet was insufficient.
The breakfast was fantastic with many options to choose from "

"The hotel was wonderful from meeting the first stall to your room to the facilities and the food. The view from our room over the cove was fantastic. "
