"This hotel feels like your staying at your cool and sophisticated friends house. The space is warm and inviting, the staff are beyond helpful and attentive. I have never felt at such ease in a hotel in my life. For my first time in BA this was an ideal location in the trendy and hip Palermo neighborhood. A true gem of a hotel. "

"This was a nice property in what seems to be a good, convenient area (we took an uber everywhere because the city is so spread out). However, we were on the first floor and what looks like a quiet street, certainly is not. This is a very busy and loud street ALL night long. They did move us up to the 3rd floor when we asked and that was better. The host is very responsive and very helpful if you need to contact her. There is a breakfast with this right next door but it has a very limited menu....

"Nice apartments. You can walk to restaurants, bars, and fairs in Palermo. Communication with Nahir, the property manager, was excellent. A service!"

"Location was perfect in Palermo is a small hotel but room are spacious. The hotel Staff from the moment we arrived did everything in their power to make us feel comfortable and at home specially the guy in the mornings ( can’t remember his name) he assisted with a list of places and when asked a question was ready to answer and even show you the way. We received our room at 9:00am even though check in was at 3:00 perfect after a 9 hour flight. Highly recommend."

"Beautiful, colonial style hotel in the center of the city. It has very nice garden with a small swimming pool. Rooms are very clean and stylish. Good breakfast Staff is lovely and very helpful. "

"Supertrevlig personal i receptionen som hjälper till med aaaallting man behöver. Mitt rum var rent och det fanns inga konstigheter alls. Mysig terass. Ligger cirka 5km i från centrum. Många restauranger och barer i närheten."

"Great location. The property is clean and simple, nothing special. There were a few inconveniences. The communication with the host was difficult. We asked questions that were never answered which left us having to figure things out on our own. The WiFi also did not work, so good thing we had cellular data or else we would have had no internet. Things like this are why we give it a 4 instead of a 5."

"Staff were wonderful!"

"Great stay here. Definitely one of the nicer hostels we've been to. The hot water was a bit hit and miss, but otherwise our room was ideal. I would stay again next time I'm in Buenos Aires."
