"Estadia tranquila. Equipe do hostel bem atenciosos e dispostos a ajudar. Tem cozinha o que facilita para fazer lanches e refeições porém acabei não usando. A rua é bem movimentada mas não atrapalha no quesito ruído. Hostel próximo ao centro é bem próximo ao metro. "

"Nos gustó muchísimo todo muy limpio desayuno variado el señor Juan muy amable y majo. Lo único que no nos gustó fue el olor del jabón de la ducha no sabemos si estaba caducado. Menos mal llevamos el nuestro y pudimos ducharnos sin problema. "

"We loved staying here! The hotel is beautiful and they have a lot of different things to do. We stayed our last night in Lisbon as a place to relax and we wouldn’t have stayed anywhere else. The breakfast included was delicious and highly recommend going to the spa and attending the the Fado show"

"Perfect for the Metro - the entrance is literally outside your door! Lovely comfortable room. Very friendly, welcoming, and helpful staff. Treats in the room daily. They also take notice when you hang your towel so plus points for that. A lovely stay in Lisbon. "

"This small BNB has a quiet elegance. Our room with a king size bed was on the ground floor with high ceilings and room to breathe. The bed was firm and the bathroom quite spacious. The star of the show is reception and the excellent people who staff the desk. Marianna, Jaoa and Angelino directed us around Lisbon and gave excellent advice and made reservations to insider places. The behind scenes staff provided great service including an excellent breakfast spread. This hotel is tiny,. intimate...

"I loved my stay at Casa do Patio. Breakfast was excellent every morning with a huge variety of items including made to order eggs. Staff was friendly and super helpful. I loved the surrounding neighborhood--easy walking distance to all of the interesting tourist haunts but tucked into a little residential neighborhood. The apartment I was in was great and included a kitchenette and washer. Would not hesitate to stay here again when in Lisbon."

"Boa localização, porem o quarto que eu fiquei HORRÍVEL, era em uma espécie de mesanino, super apertado a janela não abria e varias vezes subia um cheiro insuportável de esgoto, um banheiro minúsculo e ao tomar banho a agua saia pelo box e molhava o quarto, honestamente naoooooo voltaria mais la, alem da limpeza deixar muito a desejar "

" The hotel is in an excellent location. It is so central and close to so many tourist attractions. The room is clean and charming, also well sound proof. Even though there is a square outside with lots bars and restaurants, I couldn’t hear the noise much. The staff were so friendly and helpful, providing lots of local know how. When I needed to leave early in the morning for a side tour and would miss the breakfast, a staff prepared a mini-breakfast for me for next morning. "

"This was, by far, one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. The walkway was ancient, rundown, and felt downright unsafe. The rooms? Beyond outdated—borderline uninhabitable. To make matters worse, the lift was old, creaky, and felt incredibly unsafe. How this hotel ever received a rating of 8.0 is beyond comprehension. It’s shocking and unacceptable that Hotel.com would allow such a misleading rating to stand. I trusted your platform to guide me toward quality stays, but this was a complete disaster. You seriously let me down this time. Immediate action is needed—both for your customers and your credibility. I’m reconsidering ever using Hotel.com again after this debacle"
