"There was no body wash in the shower, completely empty. The lobby and hallways had a weird smell. The breakfast was not edible. Food was cold, eggs were watery. Even though the hotel was quiet and room was clean, I would not stay there again."

"The humidity in the hotel was insane. We couldn’t sleep as the sheets were damp, the toilet paper was wet and it was just a miserable stay. The manager said they were aware of the issue but it seems ownership doesn’t care as they have placed humidifiers in the hallways which did absolutely nothing. The manager did the best she could as she gave us a refund but until this issue is fixed we will not be staying here again and we have stayed at this Holiday Inn Express several times."

But once I got into the room, it was clean and quite new with all the amenities, like a fridge and microwave, that I needed. I initially thought that breakfast might be skimpy with just packaged fare, but there was fresh fruit, orange juice, yogurt, oatmeal, waffles, pastries. "This place has a huge tv with lots of choices, even premium channels. The bed was okay with lots of pillows. Coffee maker, fridge and microwave. The breakfast I was told is very continental…toast, waffle, cereal."

"Bathroom had mold growing on sink. Bedspreads had cigarette burns in them. Carpet stained. Breakfast area and lobby were clean & neat. Booked a 3 night stay but true to unforseen circumstances as well as condition of room needed to check out 1 day early. Gave over 24 hour notice but still charged for 3rd night. Would not recommend"
