The check in was absolutely horrible! We have travelled a lot and never experienced anything like this.They gave us a room more like a cubby hole.There was no room even for our suitcases.We paid for a deluxe room and after checking my reservation, my husband and myself went down to the lobby to speak with them to let them know they gave us the wrong room. She said, we gave you the wrong room? I told her that the deluxe room has a bathtub. She gave us another room and after waiting 20 minutes, she had our bags moved to the new room. It was a little bigger, but still not the room we paid for. We were getting very tired of this charade! I called customer service to let them know that it was still the wrong room. She asked, does it have a bathtub? No it does not and we would like to speak to the manager. She said that she would send the manager right up. We waited 25 minutes and still no manager. We were very exhausted, frustrated and done! I phoned customer service and she said Are you in your new room, I told her no and that the manager didn’t show up, so we were leaving and to send someone to bring our bags down.We waited in the hallway with our bags.Within 5 minutes a young man; probably in his early 20’s, if that.He said I’ll bring you to your room. I said we have been there and done that and we are leaving. He said that the next room would be the room that we wanted. We both decided to give it one more shot.We got into the room, looked it over and yes it was the right room.
