Cony House was right on the edge of gangnam near the city and pretty close to two metro stations. This place is especially great for solo travelers and is really worth the price. There is a kitchenette on the 3rd floor that always jas rice made and kimchi available. The only downfall is that the bed is very very firm but i expected that here in Korea. When I first arrived, the man at the front desk took me up to my room and gave me a full tour of the room and the available amenities. Overall, had a great time in Korea and this place was perfect for the price. Will definitely stay here again!

I chose this guesthouse due to its high rating reviews. I’m not sure if ratings and expectations were all given with considerations to lower price paid for this accommodation as it is indeed relatively cheap for a non-hostel. Location is indeed near subway and airport shuttle bus stop. Owner / Manager seems nice and friendly too, but you get what you pay for and the usual annoyances that come it. Zero sound-proof walls, stained bedsheets, miserable small towels, uncleared garbage bins in common corridor for days, plasters and acne patches on doors and mirrors of rooms, inconsistent hot water shower streams, tiny and somewhat stinky bathroom. Reception hours were limited to only daytime so experience was definitely affected. I was accidentally given a master key that could open all doors leading to privacy and safety concerns, when I forgot my room no. Was locked out of my floor when I arrive back to the guesthouse late one night as owner / manager did not inform me of the closing time of the door and password of the lock. Basic accommodation only for a fuss-free budget traveller.

i cant accept her malicious unilateral and intentional urge. She didnt have an attention to keep in mind . and memory of door no and room location which is isolated in my house . I gave her favour to check in earlier than time but disturbe my sleep too much during her stay. for example two time ringing at 3 am even notifiction door no. How she said official time short and other complainment. Pls check to other comment an dcompare that its resonable urge.

1泊およそ4000円というリーズナブルな値段にも関わらず駅チカで洗濯機や掃除機、ドライヤー、キッチンなどの設備も自由に使えるというサービス精神旺盛のゲストハウスでした。WiFiも使えるみたいなのですが、私のところは上手く機能しなかったです。それを踏まえてもとってもいいところでした。泊まらない理由が見つからないです。ありがとうございました。

Very convenient to go around in Gangnam area. Located in an exciting neighbourhood close to a lot of interesting cafes and restaurants. Walkable distance to a couple of metro stations in the area. Washing machine is free to use. I arrived rather late so I contacted the owner prior my arrival, don’t know if they’ll contact you. Exit from exit 6, and walk straight for two blocks, turn left and then right. Better to use google map to locate it for the first time. 5 min walk from the station.

在江南區交通方便，近狎鷗亭亭羅德奧站出口6，上有電梯，對面路7出口有升降機上落，6出口直行第二路口左轉，多行約數步右轉小路便可見到，房間整齊清潔，管理職員可用英語溝通，會講解簡單入住方式，及便條內有附近生活商店位置，還可免費洗衣。

地下鉄駅からも近く、ゲストハウスの近くに飲食店やスーパー、コンビニエンスストアもあってとても便利です。 共同のキッチンでは、ライスとキムチが無料で食べられ、食器や調理器具、調味料も揃っているので、長期滞在でも快適に過ごせます。洗濯機も使えるのは嬉しいです。

到着してすぐにiPhoneを落としたのですが、管理者さんが一生懸命に探してくれて見つけてくれました。 困った時に相談するとすぐに対応してくださり信頼できる管理者さんです。

5泊お世話になりました。立地、設備考えたらこの値段で泊まれるのはとてもお得だと思います。フロントの方がとても親切でスーツケースを部屋まで運んで下さいました。日本語は通じませんが不備はありませんでした。チェックインの際に日本語の説明書くれます。チェックインが夜中になりましたがドライヤー普通に借りれました。はじめてのゲストハウス泊でしたがとてもよかったです。

ゲストハウスなので狭いのは納得済です！ ただ「トイレットペーパー買ってください」は初めてでした。 でもとにかくチェックイン時とチェックアウト時に対応してくださった若い男性の方がとにかく親切丁寧なうえに親身で。本当に安心しましたし、心強かったです！

4月に、初めての韓国一人旅で、利用させて頂きました。出来るだけ安くしたかったので、汚くても仕方ないと覚悟していましたが、管理人のハンマネージャーさんの人柄が凄く良くて、3週間、まるで自宅に居るような居心地の良さでした。韓国語の話せない私に、頑張って日本語で、美味しいお店や、韓国の観光のアドバイスもして下さり、本当に頼れましたので、又、利用させて頂きたいと思っていたのですが、友達から、もうハンさんが居られないと聞き、ザンネンです。

遅めのチェックインには注意❗️
21時過ぎのチェックインは受付デスクが無人になるので、遅くなる場合は連絡が必要みたいです。21:15に到着。入り口は開いていましたが、無人。 受付デスクに書かれている連絡先へ電話し、チェックイン手続きのお願いをしました。ホテルへ戻るのに1時間ほどかかるからと部屋で待つよう案内され、部屋番号教えていただきました。 初日はバタバタしましたが、室内にトイレ、シャワーがある個室なのでコストパフォーマンスはいいと思います。

Unser Aufenthalt war super angenehm, der Besitzer war unglaublich freundlich und spricht gutes Englisch. Immer wieder hat er uns ein paar Orte empfohlen, die wir ansehen sollten. Reis und Kimchi gab es immer und auch andere Snacks und Fertiggerichte standen in der Küche an denen man sich selbst bedienen durfte. Wasser gab es ebenfalls umsonst an einem Automaten, dort konnte man sich auch heißes Wasser für Tee oder Suppen herauslassen. Die Lage in Gangnam ist nur wenige hundert Meter von der Ubahn Haltestellte Apgujeong-rodeo entfernt. Zu den meisten Bekannten Orten gelangt man innerhalb von 20-30min, mit 2-3 Umstiegen. Sobald man sich daran gewöhnt hat ist dies auch wirklich nicht mehr umständlich. Man kann theoretisch direkt mit dem Bus von Flughafen dort hin gelangen, wir haben uns allerdings für AREX und Ubahn entschieden. Dauer etwa 1,5h. Insgesamt würde ich die Unterkunft als positiv bewerten und wenn man nicht viel Wert auf eine zentrale Lage legt eine gute Wahl.

アックジョンロデオ駅から歩いて5分ほどでした。ブンダン線のワンシムニ乗換がちょっと苦痛なので電車にあまり乗りたくなくなりますが、ソンジョンヌンで9号線だったら乗換は楽です。バスに乗れる方だったら三成にも東大門方面にも楽に行けるのでアックジョンあたりに泊まりたい場合は立地良いです。 ドライヤーはちょうど全部使われていて残念ながら買いましたが、オリヤンで安く買えたので、OKです(笑) 部屋はコシウォンタイプにしてはかなり清潔でした！また、管理人さんもよい人で、わたしの下手な韓国語を直して頂き勉強になりました！
