A modern and clean hotel that still seems quiet despite being on quite a busy business street. Not the best area for hanging out but lots nearby and good transport links

It was a great hotel in the center of Gangnam area. I was there for a business convention at COEX, and the location was good and the property was well maintained. My room had an issue with the heater but the maintenance team looked into it and fixed it promptly.

Love this hotel It's clean, had good amenities and quirky- marketed for the younger people and businessman but just as good for everyone. Staff very respectful and spoke very good English.

It's definitely an upscale hotel. I highly recommend this place to stay. The bed and pillow was soft and there was air filter inside the room. It's very clean so I felt very comfortable sleeping here. The restroom has shower glass, which was something I was looking for over shower curtains. I've always felt grossed out touching shower curtains and there's always a smell coming from the shower curtains so I'm glad they use glass door. There's a lot of restaurants close by and 2 Olive Young that's walkable distance.

Very nice hotel. Clean. Feels new. Rooms are small but functional. Could use a US110v plug in the bathroom. Couldn’t adjust heat…. Was told to open window. It was nice outside so that wasn’t an issue.

The hotel itself is good, general condition is nice with some signs of age but nothing major, the staff were all very friendly, the location is good for business travellers more so than anyone as the hotel is in a business area, it’s convenient to get to and from Coex & jamsil (little world mall) but if your in your hotel in the evening and don’t feel like travelling then there isn’t really much in the area past 9pm, you’ll see convenience stores but that’s about it. I stayed at this location because I had a class in the area, if you’re here for vacation and what to travel around you may want to check out one of the other locations for this brand, they’re pretty decent but my only issue is the iron situation. There’s a laundry room which is actually great in a hotel as it’s self service, there’s an iron and clothes steamer, the iron was terrible, the steamer was much better, it’s just inconvenient to have to iron your clothes on a different floor you’re staying on, if you pre plan this wouldn’t be an issue, that’s a small problem for me but didn’t detract from the fact I had a comfortable stay nonetheless.

It’s a nice part of Gangnam, walking distance from Coex mall. On main road along lots and lots of bus lines. Only warning: get a taxi out of the airport or be ready to walk if you arrive later at night! It’s an okay walk (all downhill from one of the train station lines) but might be difficult depending on your luggage. Parts of the sidewalk are cobblestone kind. Lots of good eats nearby. N

It is the most unfriendly place I have stayed. I had to ask for water and cups and other necessary stuff every day I was there. I was there for more than 10 days. Window was so dirty. Saving the environment does not mean you use paper cups. Depriving people of what will make their stay comfortable. I felt unwelcome and inconvenient by almost everyone especially cleaning staff. Only kind person was the door man at the door. I am not sure what their job is because they won’t there to help with the bag or helpful information. Never will stay here.

The room is not as big as it is on the photos, but the bathroom is of decent size. There are not many restaurants around the hotel but there are some 10 minutes away. Very convenient for airport bus, the stop is only 1 minute away and you get dropped off and get on on the same side.
